The stock wiring connector for the TPS was placed back and cable tied out of the way.
John’s kit plugged straight into my stock wiring harness so i did not have to cut anything.
Cable from the same loom ran to the Air sensor.
Brake reservoir fitting, I might of made a mistake but i wanted to mount it here as i did not find much room to fit it next to the power steering tank maybe because 18cm runners? so here goes fitting it here bolted with a small bracket to the strut brace, Hopefully it will be ok there but it does slightly interfere with the throttle cable (Might have to re-locate if i get problems)
Airbox bolted on and this picture showing how close we are to the 7 series brake Master Cylinder.
Main picture And throttle cable fitting and job complete.
All done with M power sticker, Also the original Polished strut brace that fits.
2 New sport evolution bonnet seals.
Another job I wanted to do was have a go at paiting my spare set of rear lights which came out rather nice.
A new illuminated gearstick fitted.
Evo dead/rest pedal fitted.
So the car now looks like this.
The BBS wheels were stripped by myself and sanded polished and the centres were painted Nogaro by a local wheel refurb company.
Since the pictures i have fitted the black bumper tape and i have e E46 clubsport steering rack to be fitted.
Probably more to post in the future but this is the build work finished.
